Misty Harbor Builders owner and president Mike O’Connor came to America in 1994 after spending several years in the construction industry in various parts of Europe.   Having been the lead carpenter for other construction companies for several years, he formed his own carpentry company in 1998, constructing large custom-built homes. Mike feels, “as a carpenter, you need to have an understanding of how all the other trade’s work and ensure that the house is constructed according to plan and be aware of potential problems.”   With this extensive knowledge in home construction and a desire to create the ideal space to grow and nurture your family, Mike felt it was a natural progression to form Misty Harbor Builders, Inc. in 1999.
